Seven stretches for after every ride
Hips, hamstrings and lower back take the most strain on the bike. Ten minutes of stretching keeps them happy.
Hold each stretch for 30 to 45 seconds and breathe slowly. Never bounce.
Focus on hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, calves, chest, lower back and neck. A foam roller helps with the quads and IT band.
Make it a habit right after you get off the bike, while the muscles are still warm.
